OUR COMPANY POLICY


 

  • Any problems or complaints please call us immediately at 770-560-2961 or email us at out2trans@1outler.com.
  • We accept reservations 24 hours a day.
  • If the reservation pickup time is between 12:00 AM (MIDNIGHT) thru 5:30 AM there will be an additional $15.00 fee.
  • If you would like to add additional stops within your trip, each additional stop will be $15.00 fee.
  • We also accept quick calls in the Atlanta Metro Area. (Must call 2 hours in advance).
  • All cancellations must occur 2 hours in advance or the confirmed trip must be paid in full.
  • Special events and/or Corporate/Personal Charter Services that exceed three (3) or more hours of continuous transportation services will require a 50% deposit.
  • Deposits can be paid via cash, credit card, or check. (All checks must be received by mail seven (7) days prior to required service).
